Merge Rush Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Merge Rush handles information when you use the Android game.
Overview
Merge Rush is an offline-first number merge puzzle game. The core game does not require an account, login, backend server, or online profile. Gameplay progress is saved locally on your device so you can continue runs, keep high scores, use settings, and unlock themes or skins.
Information We Store Locally
Merge Rush may store the following information on your device:
- Current game board, score, mode, timer state, and undo history.
- High scores, total moves, best tile, coins, daily reward status, and basic local stats.
- Unlocked tile skins, board themes, selected theme, and selected skin.
- Settings such as sound, vibration, and music placeholder preferences.
This locally saved gameplay information is used only to run the game and preserve your progress. We do not operate a backend service that receives this game progress from the app.
Information We Do Not Collect Directly
Merge Rush does not directly ask you for or collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, or account credentials.
- Contacts, calendar data, SMS, call logs, photos, videos, or files.
- Precise GPS location.
- Payment card or banking information.
Advertising And Third-Party Services
Merge Rush uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show ads. Ads may include rewarded ads, interstitial ads after completed runs, and optional ads on non-gameplay screens. Banner ads are not shown during active gameplay.
Google AdMob and related Google services may collect, receive, or process information such as device identifiers including the Android Advertising ID, IP address, app interactions with ads, approximate location inferred from network information, crash or diagnostic information, and other data used for ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, security, frequency capping, and personalization where allowed.

Rewarded Ads
Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, Merge Rush grants the in-game reward only after the ad provider confirms that the reward was earned. Rewards may include a second chance, extra undos, a bomb, a shuffle, extra time in Speed Mode, or double coins after game over.
Legal Bases And Consent
Depending on your region, ads may require consent for personal data processing, local storage, or personalized ads. For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google may require consent through a Google-certified consent management flow before personalized ads are served. If consent is not granted where required, ads may be limited or non-personalized.
You can also manage ad personalization from your device or Google account settings, including resetting or deleting the Android Advertising ID where supported by your Android version.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only as needed for the third-party services used in the app, such as Google AdMob, or where required by law. The app's local gameplay data remains on your device unless you choose to back up or transfer it using operating-system features outside of Merge Rush.
Children
Merge Rush is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age required by local law for consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us through the developer contact information shown on the Google Play listing.
Security
Local game data is stored using standard Android app storage mechanisms. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we design Merge Rush to minimize data collection and keep gameplay progress local.
Data Retention And Deletion
Local game progress remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. You can delete local Merge Rush data from Android system settings by clearing app storage, or by uninstalling the app.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this privacy policy when app features, third-party services, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last updated.
